Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes, I offer flexible telehealth appointments via phone or Google Meet, so you can access support from the comfort of your home or wherever you feel most comfortable.
What are your office hours?
I offer flexible scheduling, including after-hours and Saturday appointments, to accommodate your busy lifestyle.
Where are you located?
My practice is based in the Hills District, but telehealth sessions allow me to work with clients from any location.
How long does a session last?
Typically, sessions last 60 minutes. However, extended sessions can be arranged if required.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes, I provide a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs and help you understand how counselling can support you. This is also an opportunity to ensure we are a good fit.
How much does a session cost?
Fees vary depending on the type and duration of the session. Please contact me directly to discuss pricing and payment options.
Do you accept insurance?
Currently, I do not process insurance claims. However, I can provide receipts for you to submit for potential reimbursement if your insurance policy covers counselling.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by emailing or scheduling online.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
I request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
