Samita’s quest for knowledge has extended beyond the inner peace realms, as her academic endeavors enrich her understanding of the human psyche holistically. Samita has studied holistic mind compassion principles directly under the guidance of the Dalai Lama and is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. As an extensively qualified and highly regarded Yoga Educator and Metaphysical Philosophy Teacher, she has received personal training from renowned Mind Wisdom Lineage Masters. She has forged a profound integration of evidence based ancient wisdom and modern science, equipped with the practical skills and confidence to recognize, understand and respond to someone experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis.
She also holds five other postgraduate credentials in Mind Support related Yogic Vedic studies, along with a distinction from the Ministry of Education from the Government of India and is an All India Topper. A title of Yogacharya was awarded, with internationally certified training under her credit. She has formally studied ancient metaphysical science under the guidance and tutelage of Indic south-eastern evidence-based science.
Her diverse educational, lived experience background and comprehensive understanding of various cultural ways enable her to connect effectively with clients from different walks of life, providing culturally sensitive care through integrated body, mind, and breath healing techniques.
